Major New Features
- Usage Analytics is now available to members with access to it. See questions asked, answer engagement, active users, helpful-answer rates, and knowledge-credit usage.
- Workspaces can now connect public Microsoft Teams channel content, including posts and replies, as a knowledge source.
- Workspaces with Content API access can register custom knowledge sources to bring information from their own systems into Stack Internal.
- Employees can now open Stack Internal directly from their organization’s sign-in portal, including when their workspace is hosted in another region.
Updated Functionality
- Chat now shows which connected sources are available and gives permission-aware guidance for sources that have not been connected.
- Longer Chat conversations can continue more reliably while retaining useful context. Chat shows when it is preparing a long conversation to continue.
- Expert-confirmed answers now reflect that review in their trust labels.
- Administrators can edit existing OAuth applications. Google Drive setup is shorter, and source setup pages more clearly explain what each connector can access.
- Google Drive includes company-wide documents by default, helping keep restricted documents out of results. Chat also now displays a reminder that AI answers can contain mistakes.
API Updates
- The production API now includes usage reports for questions, searchable knowledge, answer engagement, active users, helpful-answer rates, and knowledge credits.
- Authorized applications for eligible workspaces can use the production Content API to add, update, and remove content from registered custom sources.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Chat layout issues on mobile devices, including unwanted zooming and conversations moving out of view when the keyboard opens.
- Fixed numbered lists and table alignment in Chat answers. The loading animation also displays correctly in Safari.
- Chat continues when source details are temporarily unavailable.
- The Users page now keeps its search, filters, sorting, and page position after an administrator changes someone’s role or account status.
- Large Google Drive imports can resume after an interruption. Slack replies no longer cause duplicate imports, and Microsoft Teams replies remain available when the original post is deleted.
