Overview

If you're unable to log in to your Stack Internal site with single sign-on (SSO) authentication, there are several possible reasons:

  • Your site is new, or your site admin hasn't yet set up SSO.
  • You're a new employee, and your IT team hasn't yet added you to the SSO roster.
  • There's a technical problem keeping your Stack Internal site and the SSO provider from communicating properly.

Reach out to your Stack Internal site admin or company IT support team for assistance. Please do not contact Stack Overflow for help--your site admin should do that if necessary.

For admins

Stack Internal site administrators can learn more about setting up SSO on the WorkOS Integrations page.
